These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Sarika Goel Coaching website and the information, resources and services made available through it.
Sarika Goel Coaching is an Australian business based in Victoria, Australia.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Additional terms may apply when you book or purchase a service, participate in coaching, join a community, register for an event or access particular resources.
1. Information on this website
The information on this website is provided for general informational, educational and personal development purposes.
Content may include reflections, articles, frameworks, tools and resources relating to coaching, leadership, professional development, self-authority and workplace experiences.
This information is not intended to be medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice appropriate to your individual circumstances.
2. Coaching and other services
Information on this website about coaching or other services is intended to help you understand the nature of the support offered by Sarika Goel Coaching.
Visiting this website, submitting an enquiry or booking an introductory conversation does not by itself create a coaching relationship.
Where you engage Sarika Goel Coaching for coaching or another paid service, additional terms or an individual service agreement may apply. Those terms will govern matters specific to that engagement, including the scope of the service, fees, payment arrangements, cancellations and rescheduling.
Coaching is not medical care, psychological treatment, counselling or therapy and is not a substitute for services provided by appropriately qualified health or other professionals.
3. Professional Clarity Sessions
Sarika Goel Coaching may offer a complimentary Professional Clarity Session to explore what you are navigating and whether coaching or another form of support may be useful.
Booking or participating in a Professional Clarity Session does not require you to purchase coaching and does not require Sarika Goel Coaching to enter into an ongoing coaching engagement.
4. Bookings, purchases and payments
Bookings and purchases may be processed through third-party platforms.
At present, Sarika Goel Coaching uses Delenta for appointment booking, coaching and client management and Stripe for payment processing through Delenta.
When you use a third-party platform, that provider's terms and policies may also apply.
Any fees, inclusions and other conditions specific to a service or resource will be communicated at the time of purchase or engagement.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements for paid coaching and other services are governed by the individual agreement or specific terms provided in connection with that service.
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and an individual service agreement, the individual service agreement will prevail in relation to that service.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified are not affected by this clause or by any individual service agreement. See Clause 12 (Limitation of liability) for further detail.
6. Workshops, events and communities
Sarika Goel Coaching may offer workshops, events, group activities and communities.
Specific participation requirements or guidelines may apply to individual activities. For example, participation in Purposeful Progress is subject to the community guidelines provided during registration.
Where registration takes place through a third-party platform such as Humanitix or Delenta, the relevant platform's terms and policies may also apply.
7. Free resources
Sarika Goel Coaching may make worksheets, journals, guides, tools or other resources available without charge.
Unless otherwise stated, free resources are provided for your own personal use.
You may download and use them for that purpose, but you may not, without prior written permission:
- sell or commercially distribute them
- reproduce or redistribute them to others
- publish them elsewhere
- present them as your own work
- substantially reproduce or adapt them to create products or services for commercial use
- use them to deliver coaching, training, workshops or other commercial services.
If you would like to use a resource for another purpose, please contact Sarika Goel Coaching to discuss permission.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content created by Sarika Goel Coaching on this website, including written content, original frameworks, graphics, downloadable resources, workshop materials and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Sarika Goel Coaching and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes original Sarika Goel Coaching materials associated with Self-Authority Leadership™ and the 6-Minute Power Pause™.
The ™ symbol is used to identify names associated with Sarika Goel Coaching's work and does not represent that a trademark has necessarily been formally registered.
You may share links to publicly available pages on this website. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website or its original materials without prior written permission.
9. Third-party platforms and links
This website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services.
Sarika Goel Coaching does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.
You should review the relevant provider's terms and policies when using an external service.

I may update, modify or remove website content where appropriate.
